Many of our most popular features, including the slide grid view and custom background colors, came directly from teacher feedback. We prioritize requests based on how many educators would benefit.
Currently, Cloudemy Studio is available exclusively on Android. It is designed specifically for tablet use, which is the preferred device for many educators who need portability and natural stylus support for drawing and handwriting. We are evaluating a desktop version based on user demand, so feel free to let us know if this is something you would find valuable.

For urgent issues affecting your ability to record or export lectures, please include "URGENT" in your email subject line. Bug reports with detailed device information and reproduction steps receive the fastest responses.
This is usually a permissions issue. Make sure Cloudemy Studio has microphone permission enabled in your device settings. Go to Settings, then Apps, find Cloudemy Studio, tap Permissions, and ensure Microphone is allowed. If the issue persists, check that no other app is using the microphone simultaneously, and try restarting the app.
